History
Whatif AS was established in 1995 and has headquarter in Harstad. The company provides services and web tools for health, safety and security, quality system, emergency plans and systems.

Ownership
Whatif owned by Whatif Holding AS (93%) and Principal AS (7%). Whatif Holding is owned by Kjetil Johnsen Odin and Tone Henriksen. Whatif AS owns the web tool Whatif and brand Whatif with associated Whatif scenarios and Whatif exercises.

Mission

Whatif
Since 2005 we have developed and delivered the web application Whatif to companies worldwide. All Whatif versions are developed together with leading players in the sector or theme. Since 2011 Whatif is available both as hard copy version and as a web application.
